2. Shipping Methods

Vehicles may be shipped via:

  • Car carrier (for domestic delivery)
  • Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) shipping
  • Container shipping (for export)

The shipping method will be determined based on destination, availability, and customer preference.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not included in the vehicle price unless stated otherwise
  • Final shipping fees will be provided in the invoice or quotation
  • All additional costs (customs duties, taxes, port fees, etc.) are the buyer’s responsibility

4. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Vehicles are shipped after full payment is confirmed
  • Domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: typically 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


5. Export & Documentation

For international shipments:

  • We provide necessary export documents (e.g., invoice, export certificate)
  • The buyer is responsible for import regulations, duties, and registration in the destination country

6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the vehicle is handed over to the shipping company
  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers or external factors

7. Inspection Before Shipping

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect the vehicle before shipment, or
  • Request detailed photos/videos

Once shipped, returns are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.


8. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Port congestion
  • Customs clearance
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for such delays.
