Sushila Co. Ltd. operates a used car sales business. Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicles, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted.

1. General Policy

All vehicles sold are used (pre-owned) and may have signs of wear and prior use.
By purchasing a vehicle from us, you acknowledge and accept its condition.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

2. Vehicle Inspection

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

• Inspect the vehicle in person, or
• Request detailed photos, videos, and condition reports before purchase

We provide information to the best of our knowledge, but buyers are responsible for confirming the condition before completing the purchase.

3. Returns

Returns are not accepted after the vehicle has been delivered or handed over, except in the following cases:

• The vehicle was significantly misrepresented
• There is a major undisclosed defect that existed prior to sale

Any return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The return is approved by us after review
• The issue meets the conditions stated above

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Any shipping, handling, registration, or administrative fees are non-refundable

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before shipment or delivery
• Once the vehicle has been shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible

6. Export Sales (if applicable)

For international/export sales:

• All sales are final
• No returns or refunds are accepted once the vehicle is shipped
