1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (Domestic & International)
- Cash (for in-person transactions, if applicable)
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Deposit
To secure a vehicle, a deposit may be required.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable
- A vehicle will not be reserved until the deposit is received
3. Full Payment
- Full payment must be completed before delivery or shipment
- Vehicles will not be released or shipped until payment is confirmed
4. Payment Deadline
- Payment must be completed within the agreed timeframe (usually 3–5 business days)
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
- Any refunds (if applicable) will follow our Refund and Returns Policy
6. Bank Charges & Fees
- All bank transfer fees, exchange fees, and related charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- The full invoice amount must be received by us
7. Ownership Transfer
Ownership of the vehicle will be transferred only after:
- Full payment has been received
- All required documents are completed
8. Pricing & Errors
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Verify payment details
- Request additional identification if necessary
- Cancel transactions suspected of fraud
